Waterfront Lodge exceeded all expectations, offering a delightful culinary experience amidst picturesque surroundings. Marion and Gavin's expertise shone through in the innovative dishes served at the on-site bar and barbecue area. The breakfast, a true highlight, showcased the finest local produce, perfectly complementing the serene lagoon views.Being a wildlife conservationist from Sydney, I found solace in the lodge's peaceful ambiance and exceptional service, reminiscent of my experiences in South African national parks. After a day of exploring the quaint old town of Knysna, indulging in the wealth of excellent restaurants, returning to the lodge felt like a culinary retreat. The guinea fowl and ibis in the garden added to the charm, creating a harmonious atmosphere.Waterfront Lodge, with its attention to detail and warm hospitality, is a must for any nature and food enthusiast visiting Knysna.
